This amazing home boasts many hotel style amenities in the privacy of a multi-million dollar home in a quiet neighborhood very close to the lifts! It is about half mile by car to the main Squaw Parking Lot. Perfect for large families and groups! Rates are dependent on particular weekend and length of stay. This retreat boasts 4 master bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms throughout the 4,500 square foot, multi story layout. It has a granite kitchen areas with modern stainless steel appliances, an 8-person hot tub, pool table, bar style shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, 18 person dining room table, poker table, and much more, 2 separate laundry rooms, and a garage to fit a large SUV with ample additional outside parking. Snow conditions this year are great at Squaw Valley USA, The #1 Resort in Tahoe, home of the 1960 Olympics!!
In addition, there are 9 televisions, 6 with dvd players. All TV's are connected via satellite to over 200 channels, including premium movie packages. The entire home is connected to wireless high-speed internet. There is unlimited local and long distance phone service. There are 3 decks on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th levels. There is a large stainless barbeque on the deck adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is granite with modern stainless steel appliances, and it has 2 separate ovens. 3 of the bathrooms have dual sinks, and the other 3 have single sinks. The home is mostly carpeted with fine wood and tile floors in high-traffic areas.
This home offers all the amenities you would expect at a hotel with the privacy of your own multi-million dollar home to share with your own friends and family. And again, the views simply do not get any better! This retreat also offers available staff upon request, which can be elaborated on upon request. Services that may be able to be arranged at extra expense include, but are not limited to, in house massage. private ski/snowboard instruction, day care, transportation, shopping, cooking and/or catering, live music, daily or mid-rental cleaning etc. Imagine the convenience of having your kids dropped off and picked up from their various ski lessons and activities, while you enjoy the slopes yourselves. By the time you are home, your shopping has been done for you and dinner is already being prepared.
