This is a beautiful luxury home on Pollensa Golf Course (golfpollensa.com) overlooking the greens with views to the sea, a short walk from the Golf Club, 1km from Son Brull Hotel/Spa, a short 3 mintute drive to town & 7 minutes to the beach. An upstairs lounge with stocked library enjoys the views from a fabulous picture window, the downstairs lounge has a large flat screen TV, satalite tv and DVD. The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating along with the inverter heaters for cooler months. The covered terrace is comfortably furnished and enjoys the wonderful views, it also overlooks the huge private saline infinity pool and decked area, all of which gets plenty of sun, but shade if wanted can be had on the terrace with electric sun blinds.
