Less Dough.
You can rent an entire vacation house or apartment for less than a hotel room.
You could pay $2,792 for a family of four on Cape Cod at a nice 4 out of 5 star hotel in Chatham, MA. Or for $2400 for the same week, rent this gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath farm house just down the street from Oyster Pond and the beaches. The couple of hundred dollars you'll save doesn't even include the savings of not having to eat breakfast and lunch out at restaurants every day!
Give Me Some Space.
You choose - spend $2,792 for a 400 sq. ft. hotel room or $2,400 for a 3,000 square foot vacation house? After spending the day at the beach or pond (or playing mini-golf, like we do on Cape Cod), it's nice to come "home" and lounge on the coach and watch a big screen TV.
Snacks Please.
Want a quick bagel with some cream cheese? No need to crank up the costly room service, just hit the fridge. Oh, and maybe a cold beverage while you're there. And the kids? They can have what they want. When they want! (well, within reason...)
A Little Private Time.
